D. GPS Data. If you participate in our business as a truck owner or driver, we collect GPS Data (as that term is defined in our standard Boxi Truck Vendor Agreement) from each truck that participates in our service.

Although you may freely visit the Site, to use the services we provide through the Site you must create a user account, which may require you to provide us with information about yourself (“Personal Information”). Personal Information includes the following categories of information: (1) “Contact Data” (such as your name, physical address, telephone number and e-mail address); (2) “Financial Data” (such as your bank account or PayPal account information); and (3) “Demographic Data” (such as your zip code, age and gender). If you communicate with us by e-mail, post messages to any of our chat groups, bulletin boards, or forums, or otherwise complete online forms, surveys, or contest entries, any information provided in such communication may be collected as Personal Information.

iii. Do Not Track Signals At this time we do not respond to browser ‘Do Not Track’ signals.

b. Uses of Information Collected. i. Our Use of Non-Personal information. We use Traffic Data, and may use information gathered through cookies, for marketing purposes or for improving your experience on the Site. We use GPS Data to provide our advertising customers with pertinent information about their advertising campaigns. The third party analytics companies who collect Analytics Data may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other websites and/or other online or mobile products and services relating to your activities across their network of websites as well as online and/or mobile products and services.
